Building Description Reports (New)

Victorian House Inspections are now conducting Building Description Reports for vendor’s to include it at the time of sale and within the section 32.

The Building Description Report report will assist vendors with the sale of their property, and to assist buyers with understanding the buildings construction type, materials & services.

This creates a transparent platform for all parties: Vendor’s, purchasers and agents.

Please note that the Building Description Report is not a defect report but a report designed to answer common questions asked when selling a property.
