About the VHI Team
Building Inspector
Damien has been physically building homes of all styles since 1989. He has also been overseeing jobs as a registered builder (Licence No. DBU13612) for his own company since 1998 in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
Damien is a qualified Carpenter, Registered Builder and Licensed Timber Pest Inspector. Damien is a member of Housing Industry Australia (Registration Number. 808909), RBP and Rapid Solutions. Damien is fully up to date with today’s Australian Standards 4349.4349.1, 4349.3 and Australian Guide to Standards and Tolerances 2007.
He has full professional indemnity and public liability insurance and is fully up to date with today’s Australian Standards and Building codes and is also a fully qualified and licensed Timber Pest Inspector.
