About Victorian House Inspections
Victorian House Inspections are a registered building practitioner and we understand that buying a house is an exciting time and there are many issues to be addressed. It can also be a very stressful experience, or worse still a costly mistake if your new house fails to meet your expectations.
We have been performing building inspections in Melbourne, the bayside and other parts of Victoria since 1998.

About Us
Damien has been physically building homes of all styles since 1989. He has also been overseeing jobs as a registered builder for his own company since 1998 in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
He has full professional indemnity and public liability insurance and is fully up to date with today’s Australian Standards and Building codes and is also a fully qualified and licensed Timber Pest Inspector.
Damien is assisted by his brother Matthew who is also a fully qualified and licensed Timber Pest Inspector.
Matthew has been working alongside Damien for the past 2 years. He is Damien's second pair of eyes.
